A custom mailbox stand is often the first thing visitors notice about your property. Rather than a generic plastic box on a plain post, we fabricate a piece in ornamental iron that fits your home: classic scrollwork, modern flat-bar, or fully custom.
Our process is simple: you show us your mailbox, we measure and discuss your style preferences, we sketch a design, and once approved we fabricate and finish it. Most projects are complete within 1-2 weeks. Installation is straightforward: set in concrete or bolted to existing surfaces.
Options & Design
Mailbox Stands: posts built to hold your existing mailbox or a custom steel mailbox we fabricate. Ornamental base, scrollwork, or flat-bar design.
House Number Posts: tall decorative posts with integrated or mounted house numbers. Works as a standalone feature or pairs with a mailbox.
Custom Signage: property name plaques, business entrance signs, or gate markers in steel or iron, hand-finished.
Finishes: satin black paint is standard. Powder coat, custom colors, or unfinished steel for patina on request. All outdoor work is finished to resist rust and weather.

Before You Order
Pricing & Scope
Every order covers the complete mailbox stand, mailbox, address plate, and satin black finish. Professional installation ($199) and taking out an old post or concrete pad are separate line items. Add them when you order so there are no surprises on install day.
Old Post Removal
Swapping out a damaged or existing setup carries an extra fee. If removal isn't part of your order and our crew finds concrete or an old post that needs to come out first, we'll charge for it.
Fabrication & Scheduling
We build each stand to order in our Nashville shop. Typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks. Once your piece is finished, we'll slot you into the next route through your area and send a confirmation email with the date. No one needs to be home, just make sure we can reach the site.
Concrete Cure Time
Your new post is set in concrete that needs a full 24 hours to harden. Leave everything alone until then. Bumping or adjusting the stand before it cures can shift the alignment.
Buried Lines & Access
Let us know ahead of time about sprinkler systems, invisible pet fences, or gated entries that need a code. Any underground lines in the work area must be marked before we arrive. We aren't liable for damage to lines that weren't flagged. If a sprinkler line is affected during install, test it and contact us within 3 business days so we can make it right. We also can't be held responsible for lines that were already displaced by a previous mailbox strike or accident.
Yard & Turf
Some minor disruption to grass or mulch directly around the post is unavoidable during installation. We clean up, but we can't guarantee the surrounding turf will be untouched.
Credit Card Refunds
A 6% processing fee applies to any refund made to a credit card.
