Stairs
Spiral stairs, straight-run stairs, and multi-story commercial staircases. Complete design, fabrication, and installation. Every staircase is custom-built in our Nashville shop to fit your space and your code.
What We Build
We design and fabricate stairs for residential homes, commercial buildings, lofts, and industrial facilities. A spiral staircase that anchors the room, or a practical straight-run for a commercial building: we handle the whole process, concept to installation.
Your project starts with a detailed site visit. We measure the space, discuss what you want, and review code requirements. Then we fabricate each component in our Nashville shop and handle all installation work.
Styles & Options

Frequently Asked
How much do spiral stairs cost in Nashville?
Spiral stair pricing varies widely based on diameter, height, and design. It's one of our more involved projects, and the price reflects the engineering. We'll give you an honest number upfront. We provide free estimates. Call (615) 259-2444 or submit a request below.
How long does staircase installation take?
Most staircase projects take 3-6 weeks from approved estimate to completed installation. Spiral stairs typically require 4-5 weeks due to fabrication and setup complexity. Straight-run stairs may be faster. Timeline varies by design height, materials, and current shop workload.
What materials do you use for stairs?
We fabricate stairs primarily in mild steel and stainless steel. Steps are typically made from steel plate, wood, or grating mounted on steel stringers. All materials are finished to resist rust and weathering: satin black paint standard, with powder coating and protective oil as options.
Do your stairs meet building code requirements?
Yes. All staircases are fabricated to meet Nashville and Middle Tennessee building codes, including proper tread depth (10-11 inches), riser height (7-8 inches), handrail height, baluster spacing, and load-bearing requirements for safety and durability.
